I am a writer, communications professional, and storyteller exploring the intersections of lived experiences, emotional truth, and stories that leave a lasting impact.
For nearly two decades, my work has lived at the intersection of communication, storytelling, media, and emotional truth.
Originally from Assam and currently based in Mumbai, I have worked across journalism, media, strategic communication, publishing, and public engagement over the years — experiences that have shaped not only the way I write, but also the way I observe people, relationships, silence, memory, and the quieter realities that often remain unspoken.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with NDTV, the European Union, and currently serve as the Head of Communications at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, where I lead strategic communication, media engagement, and editorial initiatives.
Writing, however, began much earlier.I have been writing in different forms since the age of three, though many of my earliest works no longer remain with me. What stayed instead was the instinct to observe, reflect, document, and search for meaning through stories.
Today, my work moves across books, essays, reflective writing, blogs, screenplays, and short-form narratives shared through digital platforms. Much of it engages with themes of emotional healing, psychological patterns, human relationships, identity, grief, surrender, resilience, self-awareness, and the inner lives people quietly carry within them.
Following the publication of my debut novel, my second novel, Sharanagati — due for release in July 2026 — explores trauma bonding, emotional and physical abuse, awakening, and the long psychological journey of reclaiming oneself after a damaging relationship.
In recent years, I also co-founded Project Lighthouse, a digital initiative exploring themes of domestic violence, psychological abuse, emotional healing, and relational patterns through storytelling and reflective dialogue.
Alongside writing, I continue to engage with literature, social themes, spirituality, public conversations, and creative expression through speaking engagements, artistic work, and volunteer initiatives supporting children’s education and health.
At its core, however, everything returns to the same place: People and their stories remain the most profound literature of all.
This website is, perhaps, my personal library — a small space within the quiet corners of the internet. A place where books, essays, reflections, memories, and creative work can slowly gather over time. Open to those who enjoy lingering among stories, thoughts, and conversations that stay a little longer than fleeting impressions.
For now, this is simply the beginning.
